Pagdandi Jamui

Pagdandi is a literary, cultural, and intellectual project of Hindi that is working towards promoting literary, cultural, and intellectual awakening among the youth. Its main objective is to make the new generation aware of their contributions by organizing memorial honors for the local litterateurs of Jamui. On 2 3 September 2019, a commemoration ceremony was organized on Dinkar Jayanti with this implication. Again on February 1, 2020, on the birth anniversary of devotee poet Arjundas, the Smriti Samman ceremony has been organized. On February 1, on the birth anniversary of Bhaktakavi Arjundas, a felicitation ceremony has also been organized along with his personality. In the year 2022, government school teachers have been honored with honors like Samarth Shiksha Samman and Samagra Shiksha Samman for motivating and working with more efficiency and enthusiasm. On the occasion of Dinkar Jayanti in 2022 under Hindi fortnight, the commemoration ceremony has been completed again on 24 September 2022, which is being discussed not only in Jamui district but also in Munger, Banka, Bhagalpur, Khagaria, etc. districts and cooperation of the people of that district. And the company is also being received. Impressed by the activities of Pagdandi, Dr. Sunil Kumar, head of the Hindi department of Harisingh College, Haveli Kharagpur under Munger district, gave importance to the formation of the Munger unit of Pagdandi and today Pagdandi Munger unit is also running under his leadership. Under its aegis, the birth anniversary of great painter Nandlal Basu was celebrated on December 2 and a discussion and painting competition was also successfully organized in the program.
